DIGITAL ORDERS AGREEMENT:
The following is an agreement between File Under: Music Store (in the follow called shop/we) and any customers or users on this website system (in the following called you):
§ 1. PURCHASE CONTRACT
The purchasing contract is automated through the shop system and signed by the order placement in our shop and an acknowledgment e-mail after the Paypal sign-out.
§ 2. CONTRACT SIGNING
By using this website and/or submitting your order (clicking in the cart subsite on "check-out") you agree and understand all applicable terms and conditions of this agreement.
§ 3. PRICE CHARGE
You will be charged by Paypal for the downloads you specified in your order at the exact price that was published (and visible in your cart) at the time you submitted your order.
§ 4. DOWNLOAD LIMIT
Each of your purchased track/album links can be downloaded 2 (two) times. After 2 download attempts the links can't be used anymore.
§ 5. LINK EXPIRY
Your purchased track/album links will expire and self-terminate after 3 (three) days. If you are not able to download it within the given time limit you have to contact us immediately and you have to send a clear written explaination about the cause of the problem. Then your link may be reseted (restored). If you don't contact us before the expire limit ends we will not be able to reset (restore) the links. Also we don't refund or return any money from purchased downloads.
§ 6. USAGE OF PURCHASED DATA
You are allowed to use the download links under the given terms (§ 4 and § 5.) and to use the downloaded files for listening in private locations, burning/loading on Audio, Data CD or DVD (as backup), converting to other media formats, (up)loading on your MP3 player or any other private mobile device(s), printing of artwork files, single reproduction for cd-collections, for your personal usage. Any other action with the download links and downloaded files such as share, copy, duplicate, reproduce, redistribute, resale, modify, etc. and also any kind of hacking or system manipulating to this shop-, download- and link-system is a violation of this agreement and international laws, and may arrise in legal action by the shop owners and its lawyers. All kind of reproduction that is not solely made for your own private use is prohibited.
§ 7. LEGAL COPYRIGHT
All contents included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, tracks, albums, audio clips, previews, mp3s, wavs, data compilations and software, etc is the property of File Under: Music Store, JAJAdesign or Maian Music (Maian Script World) if not noted to different, and is protected by local and international copyright laws.
§ 8. DAMAGE INDEMNIFY
We are not responsible for any damage that may occure (data lose, speaker/ear damage, etc) from the usage of this shop system and the connected, contained or downloaded files. Useage of the music streams, downloads and the sound player on this website is at your own risk =)
§ 9. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Any informations you submit to our site, during the ordering or via e-mail, will not be transmitted to any third party (except Paypal, but only for the required data of the payment process) without getting your permission first. Your personal details will be used only by File Under: Music Store in order to achieve the task of serving you the best way we can. From time to time we may want to notify you of exciting news and product additions. In case we do, you will always have the option to be removed from our mailing list. Creditcard and Bank account informations from the Paypal system will not be transmitted or visible to File Under: Music Store in any way, so this kind of informations also wont be saved by us.
§ 10. ACCURACY OF DATA
We put high effort and care to the information in this site, and also to keep this shop-system and all contents up to date. However, File Under: Music Store does not warrant the accuracy of the shop contents (e.g. product descriptions, mp3 previews) and in case you feel a misstake was made we urge you to write to us and help us correct it as soon as possible.
